Excuse me, I saw you across the room. I noticed your grace, your style & how your presence captivated the room.
I wanted to speak but you seemed rushed. So I just slowly followed you with my eyes. Noticing the simple things like how your left hand held no wedding ring. How your eyes seemed to glow a soft brown when the light hit at the right angle. Or how your rushed steps caused your dress to flow swiftly.
How your mouth seemed to stretch in the most beautiful crescent when caught in an intriguing conversation. At least I assumed. BC I saw all these suitors approaching & heard all the curves you threw when their words seemed anything but true.
You payed them no mind & they stalked you wandering when you'd allow them just 120secs of your time. I just waited. BC for you. . . I reach up just to pull down the brightest biggest star for you. For you I'd create this dark hole where only you & I could allow our minds to get lost in. . . . lost in the beauty of the unknown. Lost in quest of another soul just to realize there's no one else. . . . but you & I.
But oh, how our minds danced in the dark oasis. Of mental stimulation. It's just you & I. && nothing or no one else matters. . . .
Sweet smells of warm vanilla. . . excuse me, Did I bump into you? Star struck. Eyes locked. Speechless. Ran away in my thoughts of how I could give you the world . . . forgetting I'm in the now attending an event hosted by this beautiful girl!! This dark chocolate, slim waisted, soft brown eyed beautiful curvaceous girl. . . && she's here in front of me asking am I OK.
*clears throat* why yes excuse me, are you OK? She smiles. Stands staring for a few & goes "excuse me, do I know you? You look so familiar. . ." I smile. Sheesh it's been awhile. . . . since I'd attended an event. Got caught up in life didn't think you'd remember me. . .
*she giggles* " But how could I forget? Shy, right? My gosh! I couldn't forget all of the times we've spent. Gosh how we've both grown. How're things coming along? " she smiles. 60secs

Suitors standing in the midst in awe. ..wandering how I made it this far & they couldn't get past 10 words. I just smile BC she doesn't know. I'm everything she wants & everything she needs. I've been here & there and some how managed to never leave her side. .. . .
She's still looking around at the world she created. . then she pauses turns back around *120sec* looks in the mirror & says "SHY, WE MADE IT"
