So in short, I have a male friend who has made me extremely happy and part of the evidence is that I have gained about 20 lbs in the last 8 months (started at 123lbs). I now have an great butt hips and thighs and bigger boobs. But.... I am also getting a little pudgy around the middle. He is going to visit home for about 6 weeks. I am making it my goal to try to keep everything but the tummy. I am doing this for myself but it gives me a reward to look forward to. Also, he and I have plans to go on an island type vacation and I want to start something I can continue past the 6 weeks. Any suggestions on meals that I can try. My issue is that everything that is healthy is either gross or tries too hard to mimic the real thing. I'd rather just cut out bacon than have turkey bacon or no pasta rather than zucchini noodles type deal. I like Rasta foods very much I think because the meal is originally designed to be vegan rather than a substitution method
