I've been doing a lot of reading on feminine energy and how to utilize that energy to create your reality. Almost every article, post, or book I've read mentions cleaning and healing your womb. From yoni steams,to yoni eggs, to yoni detoxes, there seems to be a lot of options, but I'm too chicken to try any lol. Do any of you queens having any experience with cleansing your wombs? What did you use and how did it make you feel afterwards?

Honestly, I haven't tried any, only because I'm a firm believer that it cleanses itself and if your spiritually aligned along with a healthy lifestyle it will be OK. If one feels the need to, I would go for natural substances such as vinegar & water, but in reality it's all within.

I'm interested to know what you're reading sis! I picked up the Sacred Woman a few weeks ago but haven't really got into it...

blackloudproud I been meaning to get a copy of that, too. There are a couple of sistas that I follow on Instagram that encourage womb health. Therefinementgroup and Nerrisa Irving (hope I spelled that right) are the most knowledgeable, I think. There's also a woman who runs a site called The Blackberry Beauty. I can't remember her name, but she has some really informative videos on YouTube. Another youtuber is Mamma Khemmy Flowers. I've also been reading about using Tantra to heal past traumas in the womb. Sometimes, I feel like it's information overload, but I see the benefit of healing. I just wish I knew someone, personally, that was successful in clearing up any past trauma.

I had a vaginal steam a couple of weeks ago. I did feel a difference afterwards. I agree with justpeachy that I do think it does take care of itself. It was relaxing and refreshing

Hey love, NubiaSutton1 is her name. I've been watching her videos for a while now, she is actually who introduce me to womb wisdom, and from there I did purchase Sacred Wombman. I'm also curious about the results of a Yoni Steam, like are there any noted changes in well being? Or just a refreshing experience either or, think I want to try soon.
