 You may have noticed but this is a new feature I added. Basically it's spiffy way to "like and dislike" from a running tally. If you like someone or something they said/did you can "Exalt" them and it adds to their Karma. If you don't like them or something they said, you can "Smite" them and it takes away from their Karma. You can only issue Karma every 30 minutes (I think). |

Alright I just ran a test. It looks like it's every 15 minutes.
