LOL too many variables in the situation to determine if he is or not. Men are definately not allowed the opportunity to explore their sexuality like women are. (It's OK for men to have sex with a lot of women, but they have to do it a certain way because if they don't they get labeled as gay type thing.) So without the presence of other evidence, I wouldn't know what to label him as.

Whatever floats your boat! If both the woman and the man are on the same page about it... great!...I dont necessarily consider it gay.
If the woman is not into it and her man is asking... that's fine too, but I'm a big believer that we should all try to fulfill our partners desires... At least try it once.... And if you're still not down for it, the asking partner should be understanding and considerate.

I think as humans we are exploratory. Just like we wouldn't label a woman gay for liking it, we shouldn't towards a man. Go ahead and explore. I also think thay no one should be labeled immature if it's something that haven't experienced. We're all at different levels in many aspects. :-)
