I'm not an accountant by FAR but marriage (and having three growing sons) has taught me how to make a dollar stretch without making my family feel like they're sacrificing. "Grandmama taught her!" Let's share some of our time tested tips and tricks for making it work.

This is important as well as one of the major things that doesn't break our people when times get tough because it was most likely instilled in us or we learned the hard way.
For me is knowing how, where and when to shop to get the most of your dollar. Some grocery chains have more same items or bogo or 2 & even 3 free offers at certain times of the month. Same thing for household & clothing items. I personally like to keep my freezer stocked & eat out very little to save funds.

absolutely justpeachy I also MEAL PLAN! I can't say it enough! We eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies so shopping the sale circulars is a big one! Planning meals based on the weeks sales is awesome. I CANNOT coupon (too much extra stuff) so meal planning has saved my pockets big time.

Organizing the MIND is the first step eye feel. Love listening to you and how real you are in ways that eye can relate
